Retextures only (No models included, no FBX, Unity, Substance Painter, or Blender files included)
Please prepare you reference sheets before contacting me (or a STRONG IDEA of what you want but the wait time for finished products may be extended) just to make commissioning smoother. Please make sure you own the rights to your references.
I don't give out Unity Files or Substance Painter files. I will happily set up pre-made PC/Quest Materials if you aren't familiar with unity and shaders.

Finished Commissions can be sent by preference (email, google drive).
Please do not claim ownership of my textures, give credit where due!

2 ✧ Usage License

Usage rights of your texture commission depend on whether you are granted a personal or commercial use license. The standard commission is for personal use only. You must request for commercial use.For Reference:
Custom* Design - A design made by myself without preexisting reference.
Personal Design - A design owned and supplied by the commissioner (e.x., character reference sheet)

2.1 ✧ Personal LicencePersonal License applies to either:
- a texture of a referenced character that you own
- a custom texture design made by myself for non commercial uses.Commissioners are allowed to:

Use the texture on privately uploaded avatars

If the commission is custom*:

Acquire additional art of the custom texture
Reproduce the custom texture for other 3D models

Commissioners are not allowed to:

Use the texture on a publicly accessible avatars
Redistribute the texture file

If the commission is custom*:

Upload texture publicly
Reproduce the design for commercial usage as defined by section 2.2

NOTE: Credit to HollowSheep for the original design is required in all instances.

2.2 ✧ Commercial Licence
Commercial licenses are only available for custom texture commissions. commissioners do not need a commercial license for designs that they own (such as a pre-existing character sheet owner by the commissioner)
Commercial usage for the terms of HollowSheep 3D Art commissions include the following points.

Reproduction of the design for:

Marketing
Merchandise (Physical and Digital)
Resale on any product

Resale of the design for:

Custom models owned by the commissioner.
Premade models with commercial usage license owned by the commissioner.

With payment inclusive of commercial fees the below guidelines apply:
Commissioners are allowed to:

Acquire additional art of the custom texture
Reproduce the custom texture for other 3D models
Upload texture publicly
Reproduce the design for commercial usage.

NOTE: Credit to HollowSheep for the original design is required in all instances.

3 ✧Wait Times & Deadlines

Wait Times will vary depending on complexity (Wait times can not be guaranteed but I will be transparent if a commission will take longer than discussed)
I don’t usually work on strict deadlines so please discuss this with me beforehand

4 ✧ Pricing & Payment Details

All prices are based in USD
Agreed full price Payment after final WIP is approved unless alternative payment options are discussed before commission acceptance.
Refunds & cancellations are not available as retextures are a digital product and are considered completed on payment (unless I’ve canceled the commission myself).

5 ✧ Invoicing

Invoices are sent VIA Paypal
Commissioners are required to provide email for paypal invoicing. Please note your contact details never leave our communication unless terms under section 7 (blacklist) are breached.Your invoice will contain the following information:

Break down costing of your commission by model base texture to additional assets and mapping
Commercial usage license costing if discussed
Short form TOS for your texture
Contact details if commissioner needs to regain contact

6 ✧ Product Delivery

You will receive the a google drive link containing the following upon payment:

A ZIP File containing your texture PNG files at 4096x4096 pxl
Unity package containing premade materials for your textured model

These files will remain on my drive for 3 months before deletion. It is your responsibility to save these files in a safe place.

7 ✧ Blacklist

Anyone is liable to be blacklisted from HollowSheep stores and commissions if any of the following are breached:

Contact details are falsified or intentionally not given on store checkout or commission details form.
Payment chargeback of texture either VIA the HollowSheep store or commission invoice.
If a charged back occurs VIA paypal on an original commission designed by myself, design rights of commissioner is forfeited and returned to me.
Gumroad detects your purchase was fraudulent.
Ripping my textures from in game content.
Leaking my textures to unapproved sites.
Falsely claiming design ownership over my textures.

Additionally, people are subject to be blacklisted if other artists and content creators show proof of serious breaches of either their Terms of service (TOS) or illegal activities that do not coincide with my TOS.

8 ✧ Artist Rights

I have the right to refuse or cancel any commissions. Canceled commissions receive a full refund. Any negative or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in automatic cancellation. I have the intellectual rights to post commissions on My social media (Though I will ask before doing so, and will respect your preference). Unless explicitly granted otherwise, commissions are for personal use only, not commercial or resale.
The ownership of the original Artworks, and the copyright therein shall remain vested in the Artist, subject to the terms of this Agreement. No rights in the Artworks, other than those licensed, shall be exercised by the Licensee. Images used for any purpose not directly related outside of those terms, must be with the express permission of the Artist and may include the payment of additional fees, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
